Service Agreement
This Agreement is entered into by:
HEH Moeen Yousef Shahabarat Legal Consultancy, the owner of the trade name TrustedLaw, hereinafter referred to as “the Firm”,
and
The client who agrees to the terms set forth herein, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”.
1. Scope of Services
The Firm provides professional legal consultancy services in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, based on the Client's request and consent.
2. Engagement and Commencement
Services shall be deemed engaged upon signing this agreement or upon submission of an online request accepted by the Firm.
3. Fees and Payment

Fees are determined based on the nature of the legal matter or consultation and will be clearly communicated to the Client in advance.

The Client agrees to pay fees as per the agreed written or electronic terms.

The Firm reserves the right to suspend or withhold services in case of non-payment.
4. Confidentiality
All information provided by the Client is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, unless required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
All information and consultations provided by TrustedLaw (the trade name of HEH Moeen Yousef Shahabarat Legal Consultancy) are for general advisory purposes only.
TrustedLaw, its consultants, or staff accept no legal or contractual liability for any outcomes resulting from the use of or reliance on such information.
These consultations do not constitute formal legal representation and do not create any legal obligations toward the user.
6. Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate this Agreement with prior written notice.

If terminated by the Client after services have commenced, the Firm reserves the right to deduct the cost of work completed up to the date of termination.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Fujairah shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
